Absolutely would recommend this company to everyone. We experienced an unprecedented storm 7 months ago that left our home damaged in several areas. 911 Restoration showed up within a few hours to remove trash, a downed tree and board up a window. Clean up was completed quickly but the window issue took much longer through no fault of theirs. They kept in touch with me regularly until the entire window issue was resolved. Kathie is terrific! I would like to give Josh Carrol a five star review. I called 10 phone numbers.  Josh from 911 Restoration of Mesa had a sincere and honest manner and delivered 100% on his word.  His work was professional and thorough.    He was very kind and empathetic with my problem.  I would call on him again and recommend him.  Thank you Josh for helping me. While on vacation, our elderly mother's home was flooded due to a broken water service line to her washing machine. By the time she returned home, standing water had been saturating the walls, cabinets, flooring and furnishings on the ground floor of her home for two weeks. Even though we called later in the evening, Restoration 911 of Mesa was on the scene in less than an hour, and they worked through the night to remove the water and start the clean up. The repairs required were extensive, and there were delays due to dealing with the mortgage company, but Restoration 911 always did everything possible to keep the process moving along, even when the mortgage company was slow in releasing funds for the completed restoration work. They packed out the household contents, removed and replaced damaged drywall and flooring, repaired and reinstalled cabinetry, painted, and packed the home contents back in, once the repairs were completed. Across the board, everyone in the company seemed very aware of the impact of this process on our mother, and treated her with the utmost consideration and concern. Devin was the individual that stopped by to evaluate our possible mold situation.  Very knowledgeable and honest.  They didn't sell us anything we didn't need and I felt I could trust everything he said and it was genuine. I highly recommend them as they seem to hire people with integrity. We had a toilet overflow and cause a small flood at our business and ended up calling 911 restoration. Chet came out with in 20 minutes and gave us a great run down of what will need to be done.
